I want to be clear that Georgia and Whitney at the front desk were kind and professional, and Kimberly—the technician I saw on my sixth and final visit—was skilled and clearly knew what she was doing. Seeing her work made it obvious how ineffective my prior treatments had been.
Unfortunately, my experience before that was extremely disappointing. I paid roughly $400 per session and saw zero results, despite having completed a full laser hair removal series years ago (with much older technology) that was very effective.
I was repeatedly told it was “normal” not to see results, agreed-upon areas were refused, and the experience was made uncomfortable. More concerning, the laser sparked in front of my eyes multiple times, including at least once without protective glasses on. That should never happen.
I can only speak to my laser hair removal experience, but based on safety concerns and lack of results, I would not recommend coming here.
